Pulver, stationed in Stanley, has been a trooper since 1999.<\/p>\n<p>This honor, given by the NDMCA, reflects the trucking industry\u2019s appreciation for enhancing safety for those who depend on the highway for their livelihood. Nominees for the award included Troopers Jed Dahnke, Craig Beedy, Kyle Stern, and Troy Roth.<\/p>\n<p>The NDMCA also awarded the Highway Patrol with the Excellence in Public Service award, given for selflessness, professionalism, and dedication to public safety.<\/p>\n<p>In photo:<\/p>\n<p>L-R: NDMCA Past President Mark Wolter, Col.
