Controversy stemmed from a comment made by a city employee during the call.<\/p>\n<p>The city was concerned about how the county had accessed the recording. But the 911 recording that was allegedly &#8220;hacked&#8221; was recorded on a server that both Valley City Police and Barnes county have access to.<\/p>\n<p>City Attorney, Russell Myhre, says, &#8220;There is no investigation that is going to go forward from this point in time.
