The call came at 12:44pm. Police searched for\u00a0the child until \u00a03:21-pm, when the child was located.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Eight year old child was last seen in Southeast Jamestown Tuesday morning at 10-am.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Police Day Shift Supervisor Sgt. Tyler Loven, says the boy was staying with relatives and apparently had wandered off.\u00a0 The Child was located at a residence in\u00a0 southeast Jamestown, known to the child,\u00a0 safe and unharmed.<\/p>\n<p>Loven says the boy was at the location during the time of the search.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Police was assisted by the Stutsman County Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0\u00a0 The Jamestown Rural Fire Department was called back Tuesday just after 5-p.m.,\u00a0 to a rekindled trash fire, about seven miles south of Jamestown in the area of Highway 281.<\/p>\n<p>The initial fire at that location was on Monday, which was thought to have been extinguished.<\/p>\n<div class=\"node-body\">\n<p>Rural firefighter\u00a0 had three grass trucks and two tankers with 10 firefighters at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Rural Fire Chief Chief Ben Maulding says, less than an acre of grass burned with no structures damaged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"p402_premium\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bismarck\u00a0 (CSi) The NDDOT reports that the west bound off ramp on I-94 at the Windsor Interchange, (Exit 242) is temporarily closed\u00a0 for repairs. The ramp will remain closed until repairs are completed. (AP) \u2014 A North Dakota Army National Guard unit based in Bismarck has been notified that it might be called to serve overseas.<\/p>\n<p>The Guard says Detachment 7, Company C, 2nd Battalion, 245th Aviation Regiment of Operational Airlift Support has been put on alert for possible deployment to the Horn of Africa area during the summer of 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The unit has previously served in Afghanistan and in Djibouti, Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Four soldiers of the five-soldier unit have been alerted. If mobilized, they will operate aircraft transporting cargo and personnel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bismarck\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, on Tuesday at 2:56 p.m., a truck towing an oversized modular home was westbound on I-94 into the Bismarck area. The driver, Johnathan Squires of Watford City, entered road construction at milepost 160 east of State Street, where a narrowed, single lane would not allow the load to pass.<\/p>\n<p>The truck was temporarily stopped at the entrance to the narrowed lane, backing up westbound traffic. Troopers and Northern Improvement Construction moved the truck onto the roadway. The trailer was backed partially into the median away from the narrowed lane. Westbound traffic was temporarily diverted around the truck and modular home.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers escorted the truck and modular home in the westbound lane past the narrowed lane to a local truck stop.\u00a0 The driver was cited for violating his permit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bismarck\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 \u00a0Through Thursday this week, North Dakota Highway Patrol troopers and civilian inspectors are participating in a nationwide commercial motor vehicle enforcement and educational program. Roadcheck is a 72-hour period of large truck and bus safety inspections. This year\u2019s emphasis is cargo securement.<\/p>\n<p><em>Inspectors will primarily conduct the\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/cvsa.org\/inspections\/inspections\/all-inspection-levels\/\"><em>North American Standard Level I Inspection<\/em><\/a><em>, a 37-step procedure including an examination of both driver operating requirements and vehicle mechanical fitness. Drivers must provide items such as a driver\u2019s license, hours-of-service documentation, motor carrier registration, and shipping documentation. Inspectors will also monitor seat belt usage and the influence of alcohol and\/or drugs.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>CVSA is an international not-for-profit organization of motor carrier safety officials from the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
