Benjamin Kenelly reports\u00a0 both vehicles were eastbound on Highway 52 when the Dodge Van\u2019s hood unhooked and blew up against the windshield. The driver slowed quickly, causing the semi operated by 65 year old Aron Sorokin, of Saint Laurent\u00a0 to brake and swerve right to avoid striking the van.<\/p>\n<p>The van&#8217;s driver, 56 year-old Frances Gasper of Carrington was transported to the Carrington hospital and charged with DUI.
