Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 On Tuesday July 18, 2017, at 4:25 a.m., a 1996 Dodge 3500 rolled on Interstate 94, about 5 miles east of Jamestown. The vehicle was eastbound on I-94 when it entered the median and rolled.<\/p>\n
The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, there were two occupants, 17-year-old Daniel Short, Belcourt, and 54-year-old Wilmer Nadeau, Fargo.<\/p>\n
Short was ejected during the crash and died on scene. Nadeau suffered minor injuries and was transported to Jamestown for medical treatment. After his release, Nadeau was initially charged with misdemeanor DUI.<\/p>\n
He was later charged with five felonies including two counts of criminal conspiracy, two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle and one count of child neglect. He also faces one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.<\/p>\n
He is currently held at the Stutsman County Jail.<\/p>\n
The Dodge was stolen from a rural residence in the Spiritwood area. The Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office is the lead investigating agency for the stolen vehicle and are assisting the NDHP with crash investigation.<\/p>\n

Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a one vehicle rollover Tuesday about 4:25 a.m., on I-94\u00a0 five miles east of Jamestown killed a 17 year old male and injured a a 54 year old man.<\/p>\n
The report says 54 year old Wilmer Duane Nadeau of Fargo was operating a pickup\u00a0 was eastbound on I-94 when the vehicle entered the median and rolled. The 17-year-old passenger from Belcourt was ejected and died on scene. Nadeau was injured and transported to Jamestown for medical treatment. After Nadeau was released, he was arrested for driving under the influence.<\/p>\n
The Dodge was a stolen vehicle from a rural residence in the Spiritwood area.<\/p>\n
