Ethanol production is good for American farmers. It\u2019s good for our economy. It\u2019s good for our environment.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\">Watne said the Environmental Protection Agency\u2019s interpretation of the Clean Air Act has restricted the sale of mid-level high-octane fuel.
