City Budget Director, Avis Richter said the proposed budget has a zero mill levy increase, at $3,016,000.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The City Commission then approved the\u00a0 Second and Final reading of Ordinance to amend, update, of Animals &amp; Fowl.<\/p>\n<p>Changes include not allowing pigeons as pets, and the language includes \u201cair breathing animals,\u201d and limits those to six without obtaining a permit.<\/p>\n<p>City Commissioners approved the\u00a0 First reading of an Ordinance repeal and re-enact Title 12, Nuisances &amp; Property Maintenance.\u00a0 Property maintenance issue will now be addressed if the Second Reading is approved.<\/p>\n<p>Approved the First reading of an Ordinance to amend, update, and re-enact Municipal Utilities.<\/p>\n<p>City Administrator Schelhoph said the Ordinance eliminates antiquated items and includes modern day items.<\/p>\n<p>It also eliminates the Old Mill Dam site, for drop offs<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESOLUTIONS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Approved a Resolution supporting North Dakota Cares.
