{"id":131365,"date":"2017-10-23T11:13:01","date_gmt":"2017-10-23T16:13:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=131365"},"modified":"2017-10-23T11:13:39","modified_gmt":"2017-10-23T16:13:39","slug":"changes-in-vchs-bus-loading-zones-visitors-parking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=131365","title":{"rendered":"Changes in VCHS bus loading zones, visitors parking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-81589\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/schoolbus.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"175\" height=\"53\" \/>Valley City\u00a0 (CSi) \u00a0Valley City Public Schools Superintendent, Josh Johnson says, changes \u00a0at Valley City High School have been implemented with the bus loading and unloading zones.<\/p>\n<p>The bus loading and unloading zone from the north side of the high school at 5th Street,\u00a0to the east side of the high school on\u00a0Central Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson adds the change is being made to address safety concerns with\u00a0student pedestrian traffic and buses leaving the high school. A\u00a0bus zone will be designated on Central Avenue and vehicles will no longer be allowed to park in this area from 8:00am-4:00pm during school days. Those wishing to pick up or drop off students from the high School may do so on the north side 5th Street.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson said parents and visitors to the Junior High School will see a 15-minute parking spot outside of door No. 6 on the west side of the high school building. He adds, the spot on 2nd Street. West is designated for parents and visitors that need to quickly run into the school to drop something off\u00a0or are waiting for their student to come out.
