Jamestown\u00a0 (UJ) —\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Fourteen players found the scoring column and the Jimmie women’s basketball team sank 20 three-point shots in a 104-31 win over NCAA Division III Northland College Saturday evening at Harold Newman Arena.<\/p>\n
The 20 made three-pointers was just one away from the school record of 21, set against Trinity Bible College last season. Jamestown also made 20 threes against Waldorf on January 27 of this year and against Presentation (S.D.) College in 2002-03.<\/p>\n
McKayla Orr<\/a> (SR\/Ypsilanti, ND) led UJ with 15 points. Paige Emmel<\/a> (SR\/Bismarck, ND) had 14 points and four rebounds while Emma Stoehr<\/a> (FR\/Woodbury, MN) and Mackensi Higlin<\/a> (FR\/Mandan, ND) each scored a career-high 10 points off the bench.
