Legal fish are northern pike and nongame species.<\/p>\n<p>All individuals who participate in darkhouse spearfishing\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/links.govdelivery.com:80\/track?type=click&amp;enid=ZWFzPTEmbXNpZD0mYXVpZD0mbWFpbGluZ2lkPTIwMTcxMTIwLjgxMTc3MDcxJm1lc3NhZ2VpZD1NREItUFJELUJVTC0yMDE3MTEyMC44MTE3NzA3MSZkYXRhYmFzZWlkPTEwMDEmc2VyaWFsPTE2OTY3MDcyJmVtYWlsaWQ9bmV3c0BrY3NpdHYuY29tJnVzZXJpZD1uZXdzQGtjc2l0di5jb20mdGFyZ2V0aWQ9JmZsPSZleHRyYT1NdWx0aXZhcmlhdGVJZD0mJiY=&amp;&amp;&amp;100&amp;&amp;&amp;https:\/\/apps.nd.gov\/gnf\/onlineservices\/lic\/public\/online\/main.htm\">must first register<\/a>\u00a0online at the North Dakota Game and Fish Department website, gf.nd.gov.
