We look forward to the future which will include much more work but we are confident we have the crew willing to put in the effort.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On a 3-0 vote the township agreed to\u00a0 change the zoning.<\/p>\n<p>Construction could start in 3 to 5 years depending on fundraising efforts.<\/p>\n<p>The property is owned by Jane Trautman,<\/p>\n<p>The planned location is west of the junction of the Highway 281 ByPass and County Road 40.
