The news release says, \u00a0due to the tender care provided by a couple of dedicated individuals, these brilliant beauties are a real treat for the eyes driving down First Avenue and 10th<\/sup> Street.<\/p>\n A joint effort between the Chamber of Commerce City Beautification Committee and the Jamestown Downtown Association, the Adopt-a-Pole program is entirely funded by donations from business sponsors and individuals. Plants, material, fertilizer and watering expenses typically run over $10,000 per season.<\/p>\n JDA and the Chamber say that they appreciate those who have supported the flower basket program in the past and are encouraging continued \u00a0Adopt-A-Pole sponsorships.
