Tree Branches\u2026less than three feet long, less than two inches in diameter, tied in bundles, not weighing more than\u00a0 50 pounds.<\/p>\n
Basic household items:<\/p>\n
Furniture, toys mattresses etc.\u00a0 Place in neat, separate piles of similar materials.<\/p>\n
Small Scale Building\/Remodeling, Landscaping debris:<\/p>\n
Wood Lumber, carpet and padding, wall board, tile, tubs and sinks, doors, windows, gutters, fencing,\u00a0 non-creosoted landscaping timbers, brick pavers, Etc.<\/p>\n
Small scale means the approximate volume of a level pickup truck bed.\u00a0 Place in neat\u00a0 separate piles of similar materials.<\/p>\n
Items NOT ACCEPTED for pick up\u201d<\/p>\n
Clothing, in quantities larger than 50 gallons (7 cubic Feet)<\/p>\n
Normal household garbage<\/p>\n
Appliances\u2026stoves refridgerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, water heaters, and other items that use Freon.<\/p>\n
Electronics\u2026t.v.s stereos, computers, computer monitors and microwave ovens.<\/p>\n
Automotive products\u2026antifreeze, 6 & 12 volt lead-acid batteries, any tires.<\/p>\n
Automobiles, boats, large-scale building, remodeling debris.<\/p>\n
Paint, solvents, thinners, primers, varnishes, and stains.<\/p>\n
Power lawnmowers, propane tanks, and gas cans with gas in them.<\/p>\n
Bio-medical waste\u2026sharps, or anything contanminated by human blood.<\/p>\n
Metal items\u2026unless a part of a material that will be picked up.<\/p>\n
During Cleanup Week, the city baler will be open from 8-a.m. to 6-p.m., Monday through Friday and 8-a.m., to 12 noon Saturday\u2026show proof of city residency such as\u00a0 a utility bill or valid drivers license.<\/p>\n
Also available is Gerdau Ameristeel, West End Hide and Fur, Central Valley Health, Jamestown Regional Medical Center.<\/p>\n
Pick up paint by looking through the REUSE AREA at the City Baler, if you find something you can use, take the material home at NO CHARGE.<\/p>\n
