News Mar 22, 2013)\u00a0 \u00a0SRF consultants will be available from 3-7pm at the Quality Inn &amp; Suites in Jamestown on April 4, 2013 to answer questions and obtain feedback from the community, on the Jamestown\u00a0land use plan.<\/p>\n<p>The draft form is subject to change following additional public input.<\/p>\n<p>The JSDC&#8217;s news release states:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corporation is currently involved in a Growth Management Plan for the City of Jamestown.\u00a0 This planning process includes a future land use plan which defines growth areas for the City of Jamestown and its two-mile Extraterritorial Area.\u00a0 Once adopted, the future land use plan will serve as a planning tool for the city and does not call for the immediate change in land use or zoning.\u00a0 Existing development that may be designated as a different land use in the future land use plan will be allowed to continue in its current use and zoning district for an indefinite amount of time or at such time that a zone change is requested.\u00a0 At a time in which the property owner wishes to change the zoning or land use of a property, the proposed change must comply with the future land use plan.\u00a0 The land use plan that will be presented at the April 4th Open House is currently in draft form and is subject to change following additional public input.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From JSDC Jamestown, ND\u00a0 (KCSi-T.V.
