The Division of Medical Marijuana\u2019s website includes information for designated caregivers on how to obtain a criminal history record check.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe initial identification cards will be valid for a year. We anticipate cards will be printed and mailed in December closer to the date products are available,\u201d said Wahl.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Division is excited to announce the application date for patients and caregivers as it brings us one step closer to patients being able to purchase and use products under the Medical Marijuana Program,\u201d stated Jason Wahl, director of the Division of Medical Marijuana. \u201cKnowing the date in advance will give qualifying patients and designated caregivers the opportunity to review required information needed for the application.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn addition to written application instructions, we are also working on video tutorials,\u201d added Wahl. Video tutorials are expected to be available at the end of the month and will be located on the Division of Medical Marijuana\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe initial identification cards will be valid for a year.
