(AP) \u2014 The state Bureau of Criminal Investigation is looking into the death of a man who had been in police custody in south central North Dakota.<\/p>\n<p>McIntosh County Chief Deputy Jon Kaatz <a href=\"https:\/\/kfgo.com\/news\/articles\/2018\/dec\/17\/bci-investigating-death-of-man-near-wishek\/\">tells KFGO radio<\/a> that Daniel Seminole had a medical emergency while a deputy was transporting him to jail in Bismarck on Thursday night.<\/p>\n<p>Kaatz wouldn&#8217;t say why Seminole was being taken to jail.
