\ncause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS\u2026<\/p>\n

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
\ncombine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
\noccur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
\ngloves.<\/p>\n

.THURSDAY NIGHT…Increasing clouds. Lows around 15 below. Southwest
\nwinds 5 to 10 mph. Wind chills around 30 below.<\/p>\n

.FRIDAY…Mostly sunny. Highs near zero. Northwest winds 5 to
\n10 mph. Lowest wind chills around 30 below in the morning.<\/p>\n

.FRIDAY NIGHT…Mostly cloudy. A 20 percent chance of snow after
\nmidnight in the Jamestown area. Lows around 10 below. Temperatures rising into the lower single digits after midnight. Southwest winds around 5 mph. Wind chills around 20 below.<\/p>\n

.SATURDAY…Mostly cloudy. A 30 percent chance of snow in the
\nafternoon in the Jamestown area, 20 percent in the Valley City area. Not as cold. Highs around 15. Northwest winds 5 to

\nbe possible each night into next week. Accumulating snow, strong
\nwinds, and blowing snow are possible Sunday into Monday. Some of
\nthe coldest, if not the coldest, temperatures so far this season
\nare expected mid to late next week.<\/p>\n
