  1. Milling and asphalt overlay in Devils Lake on 1st<\/sup> St NE from 6th<\/sup> Ave to 8th<\/sup> Ave, 8th<\/sup> Ave NE from 1st<\/sup> St to Railroad Ave, and Walnut St E from 8th<\/sup> Ave to Elks Dr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Total Cost: $1,036,000<\/p>\n

    1. Storm Sewer installation in Valley City on Wintershow Rd and 8th<\/sup> Ave SW.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
