Robert Joseph McCormack lives at 1018 4th<\/sup> Avenue SW, Jamestown Motel, Number 20.<\/p>\n

He presently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n

McCormack is a 30 year old white male, six feet three inches tall, weighing\u00a0 235 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Offensive: Gross Sexual Imposition when he was 23 years old involving a three year old boy.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: August 2013, in Grand Forks ND, District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition:\u00a0 20 years, 12 years suspended, 10 years supervised\u00a0 probation<\/p>\n

McCormack is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n

Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n

WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) \u2014 Police say a West Fargo sergeant has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.Authorities say officers were dispatched on a report of a reckless driver and found a vehicle in a snowbank Sunday night. Police say the vehicle belonged to Sgt. Ryan Denis. The Highway Patrol was called to assist because the call involved a colleague. Denis was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.He’s been placed on desk duty. It’s not clear if Denis has hired an attorney to speak on his behalf.<\/article>\n

FARGO, N.D. (AP) \u2014 Two men have been sentenced to federal prison for their roles in the killing of a woman on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation in northeastern North Dakota.U.S. Attorney Christopher Myers says 21-year-old Daylin St. Pierre and 24-year-old Dakota Charboneau were sentenced Monday.A federal judge sentenced St. Pierre to 27.5 years in prison. Charboneau was sentenced to 50 years in prison.Last November, the two pleaded guilty<\/a> in the August 2016 death of Karla Yellowbird.Court documents show that Charboneau and another person planned to rob Yellowbird of her money and belongings and later recruited St. Pierre to do the robbery. St. Pierre shot and killed Yellowbird during the robbery.<\/article>\n

MINOT, N.D. (AP) \u2014 A Minot man serving 40 years in prison for fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend is appealing his murder conviction to the state Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

A jury last May convicted 28-year-old Bradley Morales in the August 2017 death of 25-year-old Sharmaine Leake after an apparent domestic dispute. She died six days later when her family took her off life support.<\/p>\n

Morales was sentenced last September.<\/p>\n

The Minot Daily News reports<\/a> Morales argues in his appeal that the trial judge violated his constitutional rights by committing procedural errors and by denying Morales’ request to represent himself.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the appeal March 19 in Bismarck.<\/p>\n

Vassell scored 13 points on five of six shooting and had seven rebounds to send the Seminoles past the Fighting Irish, 68-61. Vasell sparked a second-half charge with a dunk and a 3-pointer on consecutive possessions.<\/p>\n

The freshman forward suffered a mild sprain of his right knee when he planted his foot while dribbling and his left shoe tore apart. Williamson ranks second in the league in scoring at 21.6 points per game.<\/p>\n

Leafs dominate middle period to beat Sabres<\/p>\n

UNDATED (AP) \u2014 The Toronto Maple Leafs topped the Buffalo Sabres by scoring all the goals they needed during the first 13 \u00bd minutes of the second period.<\/p>\n

John Tavares notched his 35th goal and Auston Matthews added his 30th while the Leafs were building a 4-1 lead in a 5-3 win against the Sabres. Tavares tied the game before Matthews and Frederik Gauthier (GOH’-chay) tallied 28 seconds apart. Gauthier also set up a Tyler Ennis goal that put Toronto ahead by three.<\/p>\n

The outcome puts the Maple Leafs one point behind Boston for second place in the NHL’s Atlantic Division.<\/p>\n

Jack Eichel (EYE’-kul) scored twice for the Sabres, who are six points out of a playoff berth.<\/p>\n

NHL-TRADE DEADLINE<\/p>\n

Stone traded to Vegas<\/p>\n

UNDATED (AP) \u2014 The Vegas Golden Knights picked up a point-a-game forward, the Nashville Predators tweaked their sputtering power play, the Pittsburgh Penguins bolstered their blueline and the Winnipeg Jets made a series of moves before Monday’s NHL trade deadline.<\/p>\n

The Knights acquired Mark Stone from Ottawa for defense prospect Erik Brannstrom, forward Oscar Lindberg and the Dallas Stars’ 2020 second-round pick. Vegas also received minor league forward Tobias Lindberg in the trade.<\/p>\n

Stone told TSN in Canada that he’s already agreed to a contract extension with the Knights rather than test the free agent market this summer.<\/p>\n

Stone has 28 goals and 34 assists for 62 points through 59 games this season. He joins a team that has dropped 10 of 13 to fall to sixth in the Western Conference, just four points ahead of ninth-place Colorado.<\/p>\n

The Predators picked up Wayne Simmonds from Philadelphia for fellow forward Ryan Hartman and a conditional 2020 draft pick. Simmonds is on pace for his sixth straight 20-goal season and joins a club that ranks last in power play percentage.<\/p>\n

Nashville also traded young forward Kevin Fiala (fee-AH’-lah) to the Wild for Mikael Granlund, who has collected 18 of his 49 points on the power play this season.<\/p>\n

The Pens have added defensemen Chris Wideman from Florida and Erik Gudbranson from Vancouver. Pittsburgh sent forward Tanner Pearson to the Canucks for Gudbranson and center Jean-Sebastian Dea to the Panthers for Wideman.<\/p>\n

The arrival of Wideman and Gudbranson comes after blueliners Kris Letang (leh-TANG’) and Brian Dumoulin DOO’-muh-lihn) were banged up in Saturday’s loss at Philadelphia. Defenseman Olli Maata (OH’-lee MAH’-tah) remains on the Penguins’ injured reserve with an upper-body injury.<\/p>\n

The Jets were part of six trades on Monday, including the acquisition of forward Kevin Hayes from the Rangers. The 26-year-old Hayes has furnished 14 goals and 42 points in 51 games this season.<\/p>\n

The Rangers get forward Brendan Lemieux, a 2019 first-round pick and a conditional 2020 fourth round pick they get only if the Jets win the Stanley Cup this spring.<\/p>\n

A total of 32 players were packaged in 20 trades on Monday.<\/p>\n

Hicks, Yankees work out extension<\/p>\n

UNDATED (AP) \u2014 Aaron Hicks won’t be among the major league free agents this fall.<\/p>\n

The New York Yankees and the 29-year-old outfielder have worked out a seven-year, $70 million contract. The package adds six years and $64 million to the deal Hicks accepted on Jan. 11. The Yankees have a $12.5 million option for 2026 with a $1 million buyout.<\/p>\n

Hicks took over as the Yankees primary center fielder last year and set career highs with 137 games, 27 homers and 79 RBIs.<\/p>\n

In other baseball news:<\/p>\n

\u2014 Bryce Harper met with the Los Angeles Dodgers over the weekend, a sign the market for the star free agent might be picking up as spring training enters its second full week. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts confirmed the meeting, saying it was “good” and a chance for the sides to “get to know each other.” Roberts says the Dodgers were “vetting a certain process.”<\/p>\n

\u2014 Versatile free agent Marwin Gonzalez is officially a Minnesota Twin after signing a two-year, $21 million contract. Gonzalez spent his first seven seasons with the Astros. In his best year, 2017, he batted .303 with 23 homers and 90 RBIs, finishing in the top 20 in AL MVP voting and helping Houston to the World Series championship.<\/p>\n

\u2014 The Rockies have agreed to a three-year contract extension with manager Bud Black through 2022 after he guided the team to back-to-back playoff appearances. The 61-year-old Black has posted a 178-147 record since being named Colorado’s manager on Nov. 7, 2016. His .548 winning percentage is the best in franchise history<\/p>\n

UNDATED (AP) \u2014 The NFL says it will handle the sex solicitation case involving New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft as it would any other issue under the league’s personal conduct policy.<\/p>\n

The 77-year-old owner has been charged with soliciting a prostitute in Florida as part of a crackdown on sex trafficking. Hundreds of arrest warrants have been issued. Police are still investigating and there likely will be a league inquiry.<\/p>\n

Commissioner Roger Goodell could fine or suspend Kraft from any activities involving the Super Bowl champions.<\/p>\n

The NFL says it will “take appropriate action as warranted based on the facts.”<\/p>\n

\u2014 The Chargers have re-signed defensive back Jaylen Watkins, who missed last season after suffering a knee injury in the second preseason game. Prior to the injury, Watkins was seeing time as a nickel corner and safety.<\/p>\n

\u2014 The Panthers have released nickel cornerback Captain Munnerlyn and informed free agent safety Mike Adams he will not be re-signed. The Panthers are trying to get younger following a 7-9 season.<\/p>\n

\u2014 The Browns have re-signed left tackle Greg Robinson for next season after he revived his career in 2018. The second player taken in the 2014 draft played all 16 games for Cleveland last season, starting the final eight and making an impact following the retirement of 10-time Pro Bowler Joe Thomas. Robinson was eligible to become an unrestricted free agent in March.<\/p>\n

\u2014 The Eagles have hired former Cleveland executive Andrew Berry as vice president of football operations. Berry worked three seasons with the Browns after seven years in Indianapolis and helped lead talent evaluation and scouting.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Atlanta police say thieves broke into a car driven by Buccaneers running back Peyton Barber and made off with a team-issued tablet containing playbook information. But the Buccaneers say there was “nothing of much importance” on the tablet, and the team was able to remotely disable it.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n

NEW YORK (AP) \u2014 Gonzaga is back atop the AP Top 25 men’s college basketball poll.<\/p>\n

The Zags moved up a spot Monday to begin a second stint at No. 1 this season, both times replacing Duke at the top. Gonzaga (27-2) spent two weeks at No. 1 after beating the Blue Devils to win the Maui Invitational in November.<\/p>\n

Virginia moved up a spot to No. 2, while the Blue Devils fell to third after losing at home to rival North Carolina \u2014 which climbed to a season-high fifth behind Kentucky.<\/p>\n

Michigan State, Tennessee, Houston, Michigan and Marquette rounded out the top 10.<\/p>\n

Preseason No. 1 Kansas fell to 15th, the Jayhawks’ lowest ranking since January 2014.<\/p>\n
