The flooding could be the result of snow melt, heavy rain, ice jams, or a combination ofthese. If you have property in a flood prone area you might want to start preparing!<\/p>\n<p>Flood Watch \u2013 Flooding is possible. It\u2019s time to prepare!<\/p>\n<p>Flood Warning \u2013 Flooding is imminent or occurring.
