The No. 7 ranking is the highest\u00a0in program history, improving upon the No. 8 ranking back on April 9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.naia.org\/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=640662&amp;SPID=96223&amp;DB_OEM_ID=27900&amp;ATCLID=211801233\">Complete Top 25 Poll &#8211; April 23<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Vikings are coming off a four-game series sweep at Waldorf University last weekend. In that series, <a id=\"rosterLink0\" class=\"rosterProfileLink \" title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vcsuvikings.com\/roster\/24\/9\/2517\" data-url=\"\/SIDHelp\/briefBio\/24\/9\/2517\" data-original-title=\"\">Tatum Lundin<\/a> set the school&#8217;s career home run record (currently 23) and pitcher <a id=\"rosterLink1\" class=\"rosterProfileLink \" title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vcsuvikings.com\/roster\/24\/9\/2521\" data-url=\"\/SIDHelp\/briefBio\/24\/9\/2521\" data-original-title=\"\">Emily Smith<\/a> set a single-season wins record with her 23rd win of the year.<\/p>\n<p>VCSU plays Mayville State in mid-week games Tuesday and Wednesday this week, and then closes the 2019 regular season on Saturday and Sunday at Presentation College. Wednesday&#8217;s games against\u00a0Mayville State will be played at 3 p.m. in Valley City.<\/p>\n<p>Science &amp; Arts (Okla.) continues to top the national poll as they improved to 49-0 last week.
