The Parade will start at McElroy Park at 9:30am.<\/p>\n<p>The parade will head north on 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Avenue SE to 8<sup>th<\/sup> Street SE. Turn west on 8<sup>th<\/sup> Street SE to 1<sup>st<\/sup> Avenue, then turn North onto 1<sup>st<\/sup> Avenue. The parade will proceed north on 1<sup>st<\/sup> Avenue to 1<sup>st<\/sup> Street E. The Parade will not cross over the railroad tracks. The floats will then head East on 1<sup>st<\/sup> Street E and turn South on 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Avenue SE.
