The paving portion of the project begins north of Ellendale, ND at 96<sup>th<\/sup> St. S.E. to the South Dakota State Line.<\/p>\n<p>During construction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There will be daytime lane closures controlled by a flagger and pilot car operation<\/li>\n<li>Speeds will be reduced<\/li>\n<li>Please watch for workers and equipment in this area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work is expected to be completed in October.<\/p>\n<p>The NDDOT would like to remind motorists to slow down and use caution throughout the work zone.
