KVLY-TV<\/a> reports prosecutors in court Tuesday asked for bail to be set at $2 million. The defendant, Sheldon Davis, argued $2 million was too much and that “there’s too much that’s left out in this case.”<\/p>\nThe 44-year-old Davis was charged Monday with murder, endangering by fire or explosion, and arson. Authorities say 52-year-old Denise Marie Anderson died of traumatic injuries before the fire at Davis’ apartment Thursday.<\/p>\n
