{"id":177265,"date":"2019-08-07T15:02:26","date_gmt":"2019-08-07T20:02:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=177265"},"modified":"2019-08-07T15:02:26","modified_gmt":"2019-08-07T20:02:26","slug":"jamestown-woman-pleads-guilty-leaving-dog-in-hot-car","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=177265","title":{"rendered":"Jamestown woman pleads guilty leaving dog in hot car"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Minot\u00a0 (<a href=\"https:\/\/bismarcktribune.com\/news\/state-and-regional\/jamestown-woman-pleads-guilty-to-leaving-dog-in-hot-vehicle\/article_cb888899-cfbe-53ee-a486-8162af0553df.html\">Minot Daily News<\/a>) \u2013\u00a0 A Jamestown woman, on August 6, entered a guilty plea in Minot Municipal Court to a charge of\u00a0 leaving an unattended animal in a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The Minot Daily news reports that Stacy Darby, of Jamestown, entered a guilty plea in front of Minot Municipal Court Judge Ashley Beall.<\/p>\n<p>Minot\u2019s Code of Ordinances classifies the charge as an infraction, a level below a misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Beall handed down a sentence of $150 in fines and fees and ordered Darby to complete 20 hours of community service.
