{"id":17816,"date":"2013-04-30T15:34:46","date_gmt":"2013-04-30T20:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=17816"},"modified":"2013-05-01T07:28:04","modified_gmt":"2013-05-01T12:28:04","slug":"flood-advisory-till-330am-wed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=17816","title":{"rendered":"Flood Advisory Until 3:30 a.m. Thurs May 2, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BISMARCK HAS EXTENDED THE<\/p>\n<p>* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IN&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>STUTSMAN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>* UNTIL 330 AM CDT THURSDAY<\/p>\n<p>* AT 304 PM CDT TUES APR 30, 2013&#8230;AS PIPESTEM CREEK AND THE JAMES RIVER ARE NEAR OR JUST PAST THEIR CREST&#8230;LOCAL HEAVY RUNOFF FROM SNOW MELT AND RAIN<br \/>\nSHOULD BE DECREASING OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS.<\/p>\n<p>SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE&#8230;RURAL<br \/>\nSTUTSMAN COUNTY.<\/p>\n<p>THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>PIPESTEM CREEK&#8230;LITTLE PIPESTEM CREEK&#8230;SEVENMILE COULEE&#8230;JAMES RIVER&#8230;BUFFALO CREEK&#8230;STONY BROOK&#8230;MINNEAPOLIS FLATS CREEK&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>BEAVER CREEK&#8230;STREAMAN COULEE&#8230;COTTONTAIL CREEK&#8230;BENNETTS COULEE AND BONE HILL CREEK.<\/p>\n<p>RUNOFF FROM THIS RAINFALL COMBINED WITH SNOWMELT WILL CAUSE FLOODING\u00a0 OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS&#8230;COUNTRY ROADS&#8230;NORMALLY DRY WASHES&#8230;<br \/>\nAS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.<\/p>\n<p>DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
