He\u00a0was not wanted for any violations.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday\u00a0 week, Laper\u2019s \u00a0cellphone was found along a fence line in the search area.\u00a0 Efforts Thursday included an aerial search utilizing a drone and five officers on UTVs searching through the area.<\/p>\n<p>Laper,\u00a0 from Hammond, Wisconsin was reportedly driving to Colorado when his car got stuck in mud Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Kaiser said Laper called his mother notifying her he couldn\u2019t move and she tried making arrangements for a tow truck, however, they lost contact.<\/p>\n<p>Laper\u2019s cell phone was recovered Thursday along a property\u2019s fence line.<\/p>\n<p>Federal and state agencies assisted the Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office in the department&#8217;s effort to locate Laper.<\/p>\n<p>Kaiser said Laper has no ties to North Dakota.<\/p>\n<p>An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of his death.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Previously&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi) Update:\u00a0 Authorities\u00a0 continue their search in the Windsor area that began Monday for a man described as mentally unstable.<\/p>\n<p>The search is for 20 year old \u00a0Gage Laper, of Lakeland, Minnesota, a white male, 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds.
