Then, about\u00a010 am \u00a0Sunday, an individual found\u00a0five bullet holes in the side of his vehicle.<\/p>\n
Lt. Robert Opp reports, \u201cFour 9mm casings were found in the street near the car,\u201d Lt. Opp reports. \u201cDuring the investigation, it was learned that the owner of the vehicle had been at a party and had an altercation with another male. The man left the party and returned a short time later and fired five rounds into the driver\u2019s door of the victims vehicle which was parked and unoccupied.\u201d<\/p>\n
No other vehicles were targeted, and there was no other damage reported in the area. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n
Police have not yet released the name of the 22 year old\u00a0man arrested \u00a0in connection with the firearm discharge. \u00a0However, \u00a0KVRR<\/a> reports that 22 year old Allen Jevning is being held in Stutsman County on reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.<\/p>\n
