University 101-89 Monday evening at Harold Newman Arena.<\/p>\n<p>Dobson&#8217;s 42-point night trails only Jon Purintun&#8217;s 45\u00a0against Valley City State (N.D.) last December 15 on the single-game scoring list. Brent Offerdahl (41, 1994-95) and Jake Holen (40, 1\/18\/08) are the other Jimmies to reach the 40-point plateau.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Dobson went 16-of-16 from the free throw line, tying Beau Hensel&#8217;s single-game record for most made free throws without a miss, set back in 2001-02.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"rosterLink1\" class=\"rosterProfileLink \" href=\"http:\/\/www.JimmieAthletics.com\/roster\/20\/1\/8451.php\">Brock Schrom<\/a> (JR\/Grand Rapids, MN) finished with 24 points and nine rebounds, while <a id=\"rosterLink2\" class=\"rosterProfileLink \" href=\"http:\/\/www.JimmieAthletics.com\/roster\/20\/1\/8454.php\">Terrell Alfred<\/a> (SR\/Orlando, FL) added 19 points and three assists. <a id=\"rosterLink3\" class=\"rosterProfileLink \" href=\"http:\/\/www.JimmieAthletics.com\/roster\/20\/1\/8448.php\">Jack Talley<\/a> (JR\/Sioux Falls, SD) chipped in with seven points and a game-high 11 rebounds.<\/p>\n<p>Dobson (20), Alfred (17), and Schrom (12) were all in double figures in the first half, helping UJ to a 60-48 lead at the break. The 60-point half was the second for the Jimmies this season.<\/p>\n<p>Dobson and Schrom combined for 34 of Jamestown&#8217;s 41 second-half points as UJ maintained a lead in the double digits for the majority of the half.
