The pursuit lasted 73 miles going through Divide and Williams Counties.<\/p>\n<p>Speeds reached up to 115 miles per hour. The suspect vehicle was finally spiked after several unsuccessful attempts. The pursuit ended eight miles west of Williston on Highway 2. The driver, 25 year old Riley Miner of Fortuna, was taken into custody without further incident.<\/p>\n<p>Charges for fleeing were filed by the North Dakota Highway Patrol and charges for possession of stolen property were filed by Williams County Sheriff\u2019s Office and Divide County Sheriff\u2019s Office. No injuries occurred during the incident.
