Mary Weixel, 88, Jamestown, ND died Saturday May 11, 2013 at the Ave Marie Village in Jamestown, ND.<\/p>\n
Mary Pfaff was born December 21, 1924 at Tappen, ND, the daughter of Simon and Katherina (Mittleider) Pfaff.<\/p>\n
She and John Schmidt were married November 6, 1944 at Tappen, ND. They farmed south of Tappen. John passed away in 1978.<\/p>\n
She and Harold Weixel were married October 18, 1979 at LaMoure, ND. They continued to farm until they moved to Jamestown, ND in 1980. Following Harold\u2019s death in 2012, she continued to reside in Ave Marie<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Mary was a member of St. Paul\u2019s United Methodist Church, enjoyed playing card, board games, dancing and watching the Minnesota Twins,<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
She is survived by her daughter, Dianne Kleese, Rapid City, SD; 3 grandchildren, Ray Kleese, Devils Lake, ND; Carol (Tim) Giggee, Gillette, WY; Sheila (Todd)Weihe, Sioux Falls, SD; 4 great grandchildren; 2 step sons, Dennis Weixel, Jamestown, ND; Duval Weixel, St. Pete\u2019s Beach, FL; 3 step daughters, Donna Nitschke, Bismarck, ND; Dianna Oswald, Bismarck, ND; Debra Ketterling, Bismarck, ND; 13 step grandchildren and 18 step great grandchildren.<\/p>\n

She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 1 sister and 4 brothers.<\/p>\n
