Thursday night, an expansive arctic high will slide into the Northern Plains by Friday morning.<\/p>\n

Dangerous wind chills will be possible on Friday morning and Saturday morning across much of the forecast area as low as 30 below zero.<\/p>\n

Another (and likely<\/a> colder) arctic surge<\/a> spills into the region Sunday night<\/p>\n

through Tuesday.<\/p>\n
