Lowest visibilities<br \/>\nhave been and will continue for much of this morning in the upper<br \/>\nJames Basin through the Turtle Mountains, where visibilities have<br \/>\nranged from one mile to near zero at times.<\/p>\n<p>Pedestrians walking and motorists driving should exercise caution<br \/>\nthrough Monday morning. Fog will deposit a thin layer of<br \/>\nice as it comes in contact with sidewalks and roadways. Not every<br \/>\nroadway and sidewalk will experience this, but you may observe<br \/>\nslippery conditions while walking or driving. Having a higher<br \/>\nsituational awareness of this possibility will allow for better<br \/>\ncontrol of your vehicle and a safer commute.
