The 45-year-old chiropractor is charged with four counts of murder in the deaths of RJR Maintenance and Management co-owner Robert Fakler and employees Adam Fuehrer and Bill and Lois Cobb, who were married. The four were found shot and stabbed at the business on April 1, 2019.<\/p>\n Update<\/p>\n (AP)\u00a0 An \u201cAntiques Roadshow” guest in North Dakota was floored when he found out the current value of a Rolex watch he purchased while serving in the military more than four decades ago. The man, identified only as David on an episode that aired Monday, on CSi Cable 13 PBS, said he paid $345.97 for the watch in 1974 and tucked it away in a safe deposit box until he brought it to a show taping in West Fargo. David toppled to the ground when he learned the watch could sell for $400,000. Arena officials opened adjacent Chick Hearn Court to pedestrian traffic, allowing the placement of still more memorials of flowers, balloons, photos, paintings, jerseys, hats, basketballs and thousands of heartfelt written messages. Bryant\u2019s 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, was among nine people who died in the crash.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, AC Milan and its fans paid tribute to Kobe Bryant with lights and applause before and during Tuesday’s Italian Cup game against Torino at the San Siro stadium.<\/p>\n Bryant grew up in Italy between the ages of 6 and 13 and was a devout Milan fan.<\/p>\n Federal officials say the helicopter carrying Bryant didn\u2019t have a recommended warning system to alert the pilot he was too close to land. That\u2019s according to a person with knowledge of the negotiations.<\/p>\n The 70-year-old Baker would become the oldest manager in the big leagues. He would take over from AJ Hinch, who was fired Jan. 13 just an hour after he was suspended for the season by Major League Baseball for his role in Houston\u2019s sign-stealing scandal.<\/p>\n The hiring of Baker is a sign the Astros want to bring an old-school mentality and stern presence to a franchise reeling from the dismissal of Hinch and general manager Jeff Luhnow.<\/p>\n Also around the majors:<\/p>\n \u2014 First baseman Mitch Moreland is staying with the Red Sox after accepting a one-year deal worth a guaranteed $3 million, including a $500,000 buyout for 2021. The aircraft had stopped there to refuel. All 201 passengers had already been through two screenings in China and were screened twice more in Anchorage. Alaska’s Department of Health and Social Services says one passenger received medical attention for a minor injury that happened before boarding the airplane in China. (AP) A woman who disappeared from the Standing Rock Reservation more than two months ago was arrested last week in Texas on a felony warrant from North Dakota. Thirty-year-old Kara Lynn Mauai was found in the Dallas area on Jan. 15. A county spokeswoman tells The Bismarck Tribune that Mauai was arrested there on a felony warrant from Morton County and transported back to North Dakota. Law enforcement and volunteers had searched extensively for Mauai after she disappeared Nov. 8. (AP) Bond is set at $250,000 for a northeastern North Dakota woman accused of fatally shooting a teenager at her home. Thirty-two-yer-old Samantha Wilson appeared in court Tuesday in Grand Forks County. She is charged with murder in the death of 15-year-old Jonah Borth, of Grand Forks. Prosecutors say Wilson fired one round striking the boy in the chest at her Northwood home Sunday. Sheriff\u2019s officials say the victim\u2019s father, Ray Borth, as well as her two children, both 8, were in the home when the shooting occurred. Wilson was also charged with contact by bodily fluids. Deputies say she spit on correctional officers.<\/p>\n\n\n
