Alcohol and drug-related motor vehicle crashes, fatalities and arrests for DUI are 100% preventable. Many lives would be saved in North Dakota each year if every driver consistently makes the choice to drive sober or designate a sober driver.<\/p>\n
\u201cMarch brings two very popular events to the area: the Jamestown Pub Crawl and the North Dakota Winter Show. If you plan to drink alcohol at these events, plan to have a sober driver or use a local cab service to get home safely,\u201d said Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger.<\/p>\n
This campaign is part of the Vision Zero strategy to eliminate motor vehicle crash fatalities and serious injuries on North Dakota roads.<\/p>\n
