\"\"Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police is warning residents of a convicted sex offender living in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Robert Abell resides at 721 2nd<\/sup> Street Southeast, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n

He presently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n

He is a 27 year old white male five feet seven inches tall, weighing 215 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, of the North Dakota Attorney\u2019s General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition.\u00a0 When was 23 he performed sex acts on a three year old girl and a six year old boy. He forced them to perform sex acts on him.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: August 2017 in Richland County, ND District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition:\u00a0 Three years, 16 days credit, 10 years supervised probation, concurrent.<\/p>\n

Abell is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation, and he is on GPS Monitoring.<\/p>\n

Abell is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n

Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n
