The maximum sentence is one year in jail and or a $2,000 fine.<\/p>\n<p>Dockter was also the girls basketball coach this past season for the Barnes County North School District.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s the second employee to resign from the Sheyenne Valley Area Career and Technology Center involving an alcohol violation off school property.
