News) &#8212; The Jamestown Highway Patrol office reports, a motorcycle accident on Saturday August 4, 2012 about 11-p.m., claimed the life of a 44 year old Wimbledon man.<\/p>\n<p>The report says, Scott Mc Millan was northbound on paved Stutsman County Road #62 three miles north of Spiritwood (7 miles north east of Jamestown).<\/p>\n<p>The motorcycle entered a curved portion of the roadway, drifted across the southbound lane and entered the west ditch.<\/p>\n<p>McMillan lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p>McMillan and motorcycle came to rest in the west ditch. The motorcycle suffered moderate damage.<\/p>\n<p>McMillan was severely injured.<\/p>\n<p>He was transported by Jamestown Area Ambulance Service to Jamestown Regional Medical Center where he died.<\/p>\n<p>A helmet was not in use.<\/p>\n<p>Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p>The Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office assisted at the accident scene.<\/p>\n<p>The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
