Due to the concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, the Jamestown Dept of Motor Vehicle Office is taking every possible precaution to ensure the safety of our customers.<\/p>\n
We are still encouraging customers to mail in their paperwork when they can<\/p>\n

Jamestown Department of Motor Vehicle offering Dropbox and Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n As of Monday, May 11, we will be expanding our services and offering a drop box and appointments. Drop off will be during regular business hours (7:30am-4:30pm excluding the Noon hour, Monday through Friday). Customers will be able to pick-up their processed paperwork the following business day from 9:00am-4:30pm excluding the Noon hour. If you prefer to have your paperwork mailed back to you, please indicate that on your paperwork at drop off.<\/p>\n Appointments are being offered for titling activities, truck weight changes, and large trucks when 2290 is required.
