(AP) &#8211; The North Dakota Department of Transportation says\u00a0\u00a0North Dakota Highway 200 four miles east of Hurdsfield remains closed due to flooding.<\/p>\n<p>Water has receded from U.S. Highway 52 south of Minot and from U.S. Highway 2 east of Berthold.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Jun 5, 2013) &#8212; The Jamestown City Fire Department was called out at 2:25-p.m., on Wednesday to a car fire in the parking lot at Roseadele at 1505 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Street, Southeast in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>Lt. Sheldon Mohr says the passenger car was unoccupied and parked away from the building and other vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>He says there was extensive damage to the engine compartment.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries reported<\/p>\n<p>The cause has not been determined.<\/p>\n<p>Five units and 21 fire fighters were on the scene about 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) &#8212; A drop-in legal clinic for veterans is planned in Fargo, on Tuesday June 18, 2013, at the Fargo V.A. Clinic.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday\u2019s (Jun 5, 2013) Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, Stutsman County Veterans Service Office, Warren Tobin says, the legal clinic, by the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans is a rare opportunity for area veterans to get legal advice.<\/p>\n<p>Topics include\u2026child support &amp; family, employment, benefits, expungement and debt collection.<\/p>\n<p>Those on hand throughout the day for assistance to answer questions, provide legal forms and to counsel will include\u2026attorneys, MACV staff, and County Veterans Service Officers.<\/p>\n<p>The drop-in legal clinic will be from 9-a.m., to 3-p.m., at the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> floor auditorium.<\/p>\n<p>The Fargo V.A. Clinic in Fargo is located at 2101 North Elm Street, in Fargo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown, N.D. (KCSi-T.V. News Jun 5, 2013) &#8212; The Jamestown Police Department and the Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Department are implementing, locally, the &#8220;I Got Caught&#8221; program and will be looking for children wearing their Bike Helmets.<\/p>\n<p>North Dakota Triple A with the North Dakota Sheriff\u2019s Association, North Dakota Chiefs of Police Association and Safe Kids Fargo Moorhead along with DQ Dairy Queen, have the &#8220;I Got Caught&#8221; program in action.<\/p>\n<p>This summer, children across North Dakota are being rewarded with a free DQ ice cream when spotted wearing a helmet while riding a bike, skateboard, scooter or wearing inline skates.<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement will &#8220;cite&#8221; the child by issuing them a mock &#8220;ticket,&#8221; that includes a coupon for a free small ice cream cone at participating DQ restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>North Dakota Triple A spokesman, Gene LaDoucer says, &#8220;Head injuries are easily preventable through the proper use of a helmet. and now wearing one can lead to a trip to DQ and not the emergency room!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; North Dakota State Veterinarian Susan Keller is urging ranchers in areas with a history of anthrax to take actions to protect their cattle from the disease, after a confirmed case in Hettinger County.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anthrax bacteria spores that lie dormant in the ground become active under extreme weather conditions such as flooding or drought. North Dakota typically has a few cases each year. The case in an unvaccinated beef cow in Hettinger County is the first this year.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keller says ranchers should consult with their veterinarians to make sure vaccinations are up to date for their animals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0FARGO, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A man has pleaded guilty to charges in a Fargo-Moorhead child pornography case that was sparked by a lost cellphone.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Thirty-two-year-old Dustin Muscha, of Moorhead, Minn., pleaded guilty in federal court in Fargo, N.D., to two charges of sexual exploitation of minors and two charges of possessing materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says Muscha faces up to 80 years in prison when he is sentenced Aug. 29.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The case came to light when a lost cellphone registered to Muscha was turned in to a Sprint store in Fargo. The store manager browsed files on the phone to attempt to determine its owner, and stumbled across a child pornography video.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Authorities say they found additional child pornography at a storage unit used by Muscha.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) &#8211; North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring will be part of a trade mission to Turkey next week.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Goehring will be part of the federal Agriculture Department&#8217;s mission to Istanbul and Ankara next Monday through Friday. (AP) &#8211; City officials in Williston are implementing mandatory water restrictions in the wake of heavy rainfall.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Officials say the rain has stirred up sediment in the Missouri River and that Williston&#8217;s water treatment plant is operating at a reduced capacity.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Industrial water usage has been cut off at public depots run by the Western Area Water Supply Authority. Businesses and residents are being told to restrict water use to essential uses only. She has been the subject of Republican criticism over her inaccurate explanation of the attacks that killed four Americans in Libya last year. Rice replaces Tom Donilon, who is resigning as of July 1. Obama nominated human rights expert Samantha Power to replace Rice at the United Nations. The proposal had drawn fierce opposition from lawmakers, airlines and others who said it would place passengers and crews at risk. A four-story building being demolished collapsed Wednesday, raining bricks down on a thrift store where people were shopping inside. The 13 people who were injured were taken to hospitals, nearly all of them with minor injuries.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 HOUSTON (AP) &#8211; The memorial for four Houston firefighters killed battling a hotel blaze has ended with the mournful sound of bagpipes.
