News) &#8212;\u00a0 Construction has begun on a half mile segment of Old # 10 (County Road # 40) from the City of Spiritwood east to the junction with County Road # 62.<\/p>\n<p>The roadway has been closed to traffic and a detour has been provided. The work is expected to be completed by the middle of July.<\/p>\n<p>Motorists are advised to utilize the signed detour or avoid the area and take alternate routes.<\/p>\n<p>Valley City, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) &#8212; Barnes County is planning to drawn down Fox Lake, which has encountered high water levels.<\/p>\n<p>County commissioners have approved the $50,000 purchase of an electric pump and hose, to equalize the lake on both sides of the road, enabling officials to repair a pipe that\u2019s plugged.<\/p>\n<p>\u3000<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. (AP) &#8211; A Minnesota man has died after becoming trapped under the front of a concrete grinder he was operating on a northeastern North Dakota highway.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Highway Patrol did not immediately identify the 58-year-old man from Clear Lake, Minn. Authorities say he was working in a construction zone on Interstate 29 near Manvel when the incident happened shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday. (AP) &#8211; Authorities say a 41-year-old Fargo woman rescued by firefighters from the Red River earlier this week has died.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Fargo Fire Department says Sabrina Quintana died Thursday after being hospitalized since the Monday morning incident. Police and fire crews had responded to a report at the Midtown Dam in Dike East Park and began searching the shore when they found a cell phone.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Firefighters were launching a boat when they spotted the woman floating about 20 yards north of the boat ramp at the park.
