Doppler radar indicated 3 to 6 inched of rain fell<\/p>\n
last night from training thunderstorms across central Kidder and<\/p>\n
west central Stutsman counties., where over an inch of rain was reported. The excessive rainfallw was producing minor flooding, including overflowing of sloughs and poor drainage areas in the advisory area.<\/p>\n
Some locations\u00a0 experiencing flooding include…<\/p>\n
Medina, Cleveland, Windsor, Chase Lake and Horsehead Lake.<\/p>\n
The heaviest rain appear to have fallen right along the Kidder and<\/p>\n
Stutsman county line from Crystal Springs to Chase Lake, and<\/p>\n
eastward to just north of Medina, to Windsor. Most of the rain fell<\/p>\n
overnight so flooded roads may not be marked yet this morning.<\/p>\n
Carrington area 3\u00a0 inches between Carrington and New Rockford<\/p>\n
There is a chance of thunderstorms Tuesday. If storms form, a few
\ncould be severe.<\/p>\n
