(AP) \u2014 North Dakota\u2019s Supreme Court has ordered a measure meant to significantly change the state\u2019s election process from appearing on the November ballot. North Dakota Voters First\u2019s proposed constitutional amendment aimed to transfer the responsibility of drawing political districts from the Legislature to the voter-approved state Ethics Commission, among other things. Opponents sued earlier this month, saying sponsors of the measure failed to provide a full text of the initiative while they were gathering signatures.
