Active cases in the state reached a record number of 2,653 on Sunday. That has been reduced by 389 in the last two days, for a total of 2,264. Hospitalizations have dropped by five in the last day, to 63, and for the second straight day there were no new deaths. class=\"Default\">Burgum\u00a0 reviewed the county by county changes in the Risk Levels, made on September 4, 2020,\u00a0 with no additional changes announced on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stutsman, McKenzie and Cass Counties are being watched for possible changes to yellow moderate, by next week, when the next announcement is made on risk levels, trending with higher positive responsibility, wearing face masks, helps lessen the spread of the virus, over government mandates to wear face masks.<\/p>\n<p>With COVID-19 testing, Burgum said, over the Labor Day weekend, testing
