Last week a familiar face of our community retired after serving Valley City Citizens for 36 years.\u00a0Jeff Differding is entering the next chapter of his life having more time for family, fishing and hunting.\u00a0Jeff, thank you for your passion, talents and expertise exhibited while mentoring fellow workers and improving our community.\u00a0You will be missed and always remembered fondly.<\/p>\n
