Gosh this has been a long pull, about a year now and I have some \u201cCOVID Fatigue\u201d.\u00a0This afternoon I was \u201cshort\u201d in a statement to my wife, I don\u2019t normally do that and she didn\u2019t deserve it.\u00a0That said, I searched \u201cbehavior health\u201d and found 1. Getting enough sleep. 2. Healthy eating.\u00a03. Exercise can all help us feel better about life and ourselves.\u00a0\u00a04.\u00a0Practice gratitude, when I am thinking about all for which I have to be grateful, stress is greatly diminished.<\/p>\n
