<\/a><\/p>\nYPSILANTI, N.D. (KCSi-T.V. News Jul 10, 2013) — The Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office reports, two people were injured when a pickup truck pulling a trailer went off the road, going northwest on County Road 38 ( the 4300 block of 90th Avenue Southeast) in Sutsman County, south of Jamestown, around 6 p.m. Saturday (Jun 6, 2013).<\/p>\n
The vehicle entered a ditch and tipped onto its side, when the operator, Nicholas Docktor failed to negotiate a turn.<\/p>\n
Deputy Josh Metzger says, “Speed was probably the only factor there.”<\/p>\n
The report says Docktor and passenger 24 year old Chelsea Axtman, of Ypsilanti, were injured.<\/p>\n
They were transported by Jamestown Area Ambulance Service to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.<\/p>\n
Axtman was then flown to Bismarck for treatment.<\/p>\n
Three other passengers, 29 year olf Stacey Docktor, 30 year old Brad Docktor, and a minor child, all of Ypsilanti, were not injured.<\/p>\n
None of the occupants were wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n
Damage was estimated at $10,000 to the Ford truck.<\/p>\n

Hoyt said two individuals were taken to a hospital by Jamestown Ambulance Service, another was airlifted to a Bismarck hospital with a possible spinal injury.<\/p>\n
A seven year old child was among the passengers, but did not have serous injuries.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Docktor, was not injured,\u00a0 and was cited for driving without a license, and care required.<\/p>\n
\u00a0None of the five\u00a0occupants was wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n
Metzger estimated\u00a0 about $10,000 in damage to the truck.<\/p>\n
