Mr. Rush has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n

Offense: Sexual Assault \u2013 Rush went to an apartment with his girlfriend and began playing \u201cquarters\u201d with a 15 year old girl. After his girlfriend went to bed, he took the girl on the balcony and had intercourse with her even though she claims she told him no. Conviction Date: 05\/10\/2007 in Grand Forks County District Court, ND. Disposition: 5 years; 3 years suspended; credit for time served since 09\/11\/2016; 5 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n

Rush is currently on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n

Rush is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
