City Attorney Martineck said the zone change is from Agriculture to R-1 Single Family Residential.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Approved the Second and Final Reading of an Ordinance Relating to the Annexation of territory-Meadow View. \u00a0\u00a0No Change from First Reading.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Approved the Second and Final Reading of an Ordinance Approving Hidden Ponds Estates Planned Unit Development. The action will create a Planned Unit Development in Northwest Valley City.\u00a0 Commissioner Erickson voted in opposition<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Approved the First Reading of an Ordinance Approving the Annexation of Lot 2 Block 1 of Love\u2019s Valley Addition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The First Reading of an Ordinance was heard, to Adopt and Enact section 12-01-11 of the Valley City Municipal Code re littering. City Attorney Martineck said the Ordinance now includes littering on \u00a0public or private property.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Approved the First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend and Reenact Chapter 08-07 and Section 11-05-11 and to repeal Title 13 of the Valley City Municipal Code re Mobile Park Regulations. City Attorney Martineck said amendments had not been brought up to date since the 1950\u2019s, and the Ordinance brings the language up to date, in accordance with state law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>R<\/strong><strong>ESOLUTION <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Approved a Resolution Approving the Plat and Variance request of undeveloped land located west of 8th Ave SE and south of 10th St SE, west of Waterfront Meadows Addition.
