Jesse Owens Johnson live at 1530 6th<\/sup> Avenue SW, the Buffalo Motel, Jamestown,\u00a0 Room 33.<\/p>\n

He presently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n

Johnson is a\u00a0 37 year old white male, six feet three inches tall, weighing 286 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n

Johnson has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Offense: Pos. of material. Sexual conduct by a minor.\u00a0 Johnson was found to have 11 files on his tablet containing child pornography, and chats with another person where they were exchanging sexual images of young children.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date:\u00a0 April 2017 in Stutsman County, ND District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition:\u00a0 Four years, 256 days credit, concurrent.<\/p>\n

Offense: \u00a0Gross Sexual Imposition, touching a five year old female\u2019s body parts under her clothing.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date:\u00a0 April 2017 in Stutsman County, ND District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition:\u00a0 Four years 256 days credit, comcurrent.<\/p>\n

Johnson is on GPS Monitoring.<\/p>\n

Johnson is Not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.\u00a0 This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.\u00a0 Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n
